Men need great skin care too!

What kind of man should be using skin care?  Every single one of them. For some reason or another men think that they do not need to take care of their skin.  Perhaps they feel that their peers will make fun of them or that someone will think less of them. They use shaving cream and after shave so why not skin care.  Just because they are men doesn't mean that they do not deserve great skin. 

I have noticed that some men have such dry skin that it takes all my strength to not lean over and say to them "have you ever thought about using moisturizer?" Make it a Habit

Did you know that it takes at least 30 days to make a habit

but only 7 days to break one. 

The one thing that I have learned is that creating a skin care habit is the best habit to have.  You need to remind yourself that Cleanse, Tone, Moisturize is the key to great skin.  One of our SkinSpecialists told me that every time you go to sleep with your face still on, you age 7 days.  Imagine all those nights that you crawled into bed and said "I'll wash my face in the morning", don't you wish you could go back!   I know I do.  We women lead such hectic lives and sometimes it takes all of our strength to just crawl into bed while we mutter "bed, bed, bed".

What's in a Name?

Shakespeare said, "What's in a name? That which we call a rose, by any other name would smell as sweet."

For over 52 years our company has been called "Viviane Woodard"  It was named after our  founder Gordon Woodard's wife Viviane. This name has been a good solid name for this company for all these years.  It is synomous with great skin care and Hollywood glamour. As we look forward to our re launch we have decided to make a name change.  As of 2.1.2011 we will be known as "VIVIANE".  We love the simplicity of this name and feel that it really sets the tone for the future of our company.  Our skin care is clean and simple so why shouldn't our name be? 

What about Woodard? Our brand new men's line will be called "Woodard"  Which will blend the two names together but in a more powerful way.  With VIVIANE  being our women's line and Woodard being our men's line it is the perfect marriage of the two names.

Give Yourelf and Your Skin a Time Out

Eliminate the bags

Don't freeze your Face
